Reciprocating structure is design with roller guide type, smooth operation, low noise and long life. Roller adopts steel sleeve covered polyester material, to achieve the perfect protection for bearings.
Reciprocating reduce motor adopts maintenance-free reducer, long life, no need to add lubricating oil.
Position sensor adopts military electronics precise positioning, unbuffered phenomenon.
It is adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to control, stable and reliable. And can be achieve to the function of elevator programming, multiple sets are synchronous operating, multipy sets are nonsynchronous operating etc.
It is adopts DELTA digital frequency conversion variable speed, bending moment is big, adjust speed is running smoothly.
It is installed upper and lower limit protection switches which the same height as spray room opening month on the lifter.
Working stroke and reciprocating speed of litf can through human machine interface to digital monitoring and data set, at the same time, human machine interface can report fault conditions, provide maintenance guidance, statistical operate time etc.
